One of the main lines of action of the Basque Health Cluster is the attraction and training of talent. Proof of this is the “regulatory expert affrairs” course that we have organized this year or the webinar on recruitment aids that we organized together with Novia Salcedo.
After the renovation of the website last year, this year it was the job board. For this, the new section, launched in February, has the job offers of the members. For those people who do not find that their profile fits in the current offers, there is the employment vacancies.
Based on the profiles most requested by our associates, we created a new form to allow candidates to highlight their strengths while highlighting the most relevant aspects of the candidate for the companies.
Thus, candidates can choose the field of training in the following 5 fields of specialization:
-
- Life Sciences
- Engineering
- Quality
- Management
- ICT
In addition, there are sections for the level of education and languages. All this will be closed with the CV document that the candidate wishes to attach. To allow CVs to be as recent as possible, they will be kept for a maximum of one year. There is a “frequently asked questions” section for those doubts that may arise prior to registration and in case of needing help there is an e-mail address enplegu@basquehealthcluster.org.
For a long time, the new labor exchange system and the old system have coexisted. But due to the incompatibility of joining both systems and the advantages that the new system brings, from June, only the new system will exist.
Those candidates who want to upload their CV can do so from the jobs section, in the Spanish and Basque version of the website.
They can also see the complete list of associated companies in “members > our members”:
The human resources department of the associated companies can register by writing to enplegu@basquehealthcluster.org in order to have their account. We remind you that it is essential that the legal representative appears in a copy of the same.
If you are not yet a member, this is a perfect opportunity to become one as we will soon have a new board of directors and a biweekly newsletter of the sector.
