On January 28th will take place the webinar organized by the BHC in collaboration with the Novia Salcedo Foundation, “Junior Talent for your organization”. This consists of an informative session where companies and organizations will be able to learn about the new recruitment aids for the incorporation of young people within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by the European Union (EU) -NextGenerationEU- and the Basque Government.
The -Next Generation EU- Funds are the EU’s tool to mitigate the impacts of COVID19 through an unprecedented injection of funds. These funds open the possibility of emerging stronger from the health crisis caused by the pandemic, through the modernization of our productive fabric, respect for the environment and the promotion of digitization.
The webinar will explain all the information related to the different aid programs for the hiring of new talent; Reactivate 3, Investigo and Lehen Aukera will be presented.
- Reactivate 3 Program: The main objective of this program is to train competencies that improve the employability of young unemployed people, in a work context, with clear objectives and under the supervision of a tutor. It seeks to connect young unemployed people with Basque companies, so that they acquire a qualified experience, through their professional integration.
- Investigo Program: The objective of this program is to hire young researchers, technologists, technical personnel, and other professional profiles in R&D&I, as well as research support personnel, job seekers between 16 and 30 years of age.
- Lehen Aukera Program: This program consists of a program aimed at private companies, whatever their legal form, individual entrepreneurs, communities of goods, and civil societies, as well as Associations and Foundations, with registered office and tax domicile in the BAC or work center located in the BAC and which is not directly or indirectly owned by more than 50% by one or more administrations. The Novia Salcedo Foundation can help companies and organizations in the selection and management of grants under the Lehen Aukera Program.
