The most extensive study on outsourcing in Spain at present, carried out by Whitelane Research in collaboration with Quint Wellington Redwood, has always placed Ibermática in first position in its indicators with the highest score, awarded by the companies themselves, year after year. It also has a high number of professionals certified in Lean IT, a methodology that seeks to eliminate everything superfluous in processes in order to achieve maximum efficiency.
The technology company has also been recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Spain in different studies, including those carried out by the prestigious magazines Actualidad Económica and Forbes, the latter supported by the market analysis firm SigmaDos.
Ibermática has operational centers in several Latin American countries, the United States, Portugal and Andorra. From these it offers a customer service based on flexibility, empathy, customer vision and accompaniment; and manages projects and services in accordance with an integrated Quality and Security Management System, based on the International Standards: ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 14001, CMMI, or ITIL, among others. It also has two data centers and a software factory located in Spain.
