CIC biomaGUNE
The Center for Cooperative Research in Biomaterials- CIC biomaGUNE, a member of the Basque Research and Technology Alliance (BRTA), is a non-profit research organization created to promote scientific research and technological innovation at the highest level in the Basque Country following the BioBasque policy, to help create a new business sector based on biosciences.
Global Medical Basque Technology
Global Medical Basque Technology specializes in the health sector through telemedicine equipment. It offers different telemedicine systems and equipment that allow the doctor to make a videoconference consultation with the patient, as if they were in the same place. The telemedicine equipment provides doctor-patient communication and interaction designed for online use with medical centers, clinics, nursing homes and home care with remote doctors or patients. It can connect to more than 20 digital medical devices via Bluetooth or USB (ECG, dermatoscope, spirometer, ultrasound, etc.) and collect patient information. It allows combining ongoing teleconsultation with video calls to one or more specialists and data exchange, all in real time.
