CDMO Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Management of development and third-party manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets while contributing to increased customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather customer requirements and present them to the relevant Committee.
• Comprehensive Project Management: technical and quality oversight, project planning management, monitoring of billing schedule and milestone closure communication, conflict management and resolution, handling additional customer needs, overall project vision, and client relationship.
• Analyze data and evaluate internal work performed, anticipating potential issues that might affect the Project.
• Organize and lead the necessary technical meetings to ensure the Project objectives are met satisfactorily.
• Coordinate different deadlines and availability and review deliverables.
• Verify compliance with commitments made to the customer.
• Assist in calculating needs and associated costs for different projects.
• Collaborate with the planning department to determine purchasing needs and their costs.
• Support the business area in acquiring new projects.
• Contribute to identifying new services demanded by the market and preparing marketing materials.
• Act as the customer contact point with the Liof manufacturing center, conduct periodic update meetings, and provide support during meetings/visits/manufacturing.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
• Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Industry is desirable.
• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industrial sector.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practices.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Communication and negotiation skills, especially with clients from different cultures.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently as a leader.
• Attention to detail.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
• Remuneration to be negotiated according to the candidate’s profile.
