JOB DESCRIPTION
Management of development and third-party manufacturing projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets while contributing to increased customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Gather customer requirements and present them to the relevant Committee.
- Comprehensive Project Management: technical and quality oversight, project planning management, monitoring of billing schedule and milestone closure communication, conflict management and resolution, handling additional customer needs, overall project vision, and client relationship.
- Analyze data and evaluate internal work performed, anticipating potential issues that might affect the Project.
- Organize and lead the necessary technical meetings to ensure the Project objectives are met satisfactorily.
- Coordinate different deadlines and availability and review deliverables.
- Verify compliance with commitments made to the customer.
- Assist in calculating needs and associated costs for different projects.
- Collaborate with the planning department to determine purchasing needs and their costs.
- Support the business area in acquiring new projects.
- Contribute to identifying new services demanded by the market and preparing marketing materials.
- Act as the customer contact point with the Liof manufacturing center, conduct periodic update meetings, and provide support during meetings/visits/manufacturing.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy.
- Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Industry is desirable.
- At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industrial sector.
- Proficiency in English is essential.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practices.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Communication and negotiation skills, especially with clients from different cultures.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently as a leader.
- Attention to detail.
- Availability to travel occasionally.
- Remuneration to be negotiated according to the candidate’s profile.
