The V Congress of Food, Nutrition and Dietetics took place on 25th and 26th November 2022 at the Palacio Riojaforum in Logroño. A great scientific event held annually and organised by the Spanish Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics that brings together more than 300 Dietitians-Nutritionists from all over Spain.
The Congress was held under the slogan: “Challenges in communication, marketing and food education”, the aim of which was to address the importance of food education for the population, new strategies and challenges in communication and marketing and the important role of the Dietitian-Nutritionist in different sectors.
Angulas Aguinaga, committed to the Nutrition and Health of consumers and the general public, participated in this Congress with a stand where all the group’s brands were represented (La Gula del Norte®, Krissia®, Aguinamar® and Royal®) and a scientific presentation by Yaiza Quevedo, the company’s Head of Nutrition and Health, on the nutritional profile of surimi, a raw material of great technological and nutritional interest.
