Responsabilities and functions:
- Administrative support in the various phases of the project management process
- Support in the management and preparation of project and grant justifications
- General administrative tasks in the commercial and management area
- Assistance to the Management in organisational and managerial tasks
Complementary and support tasks:
- Support in administrative tasks in the project area
- Verification of compliance with regulations
- Collaboration in the justification of projects presented and approved
- Organisation of agendas and minutes, general administrative support
- Assistance to the Directorate
Type of contract:

Candidate profile:
With knowledge of administrative processes such as: invoicing, collection management, relationship with public institutions, drafting of writings to the administration, justification of public subsidies, organization of managers’ agendas, administrative follow-ups,…
Requirements:
- Experience in administrative and commercial management, preferably at least 2 years
- Experience in general administrative assistance, preferably at least 2 years
- Experience in organising agendas and controlling meeting minutes, if possible at least 2 years
- Familiarity with office automation and management tools (Office package), advanced knowledge would be an asset
- Knowledge of internet management
- We are looking for an organised and methodical person
