The “8th Biosalud New Aquitaine – Basque Country – Navarra Biosalud Meetings”, will take place at the Medical College of Pamplona (Spain), on 16 and 17 October 2023.
The aim of the meetings is to boost the bio-health sector in the Euroregion and to promote Euroregional collaboration.
The Meetings are aimed at companies, entrepreneurs, investors, researchers and, in short, all those involved in innovation in the health sector in New Aquitaine, the Basque Country and Navarre.
This year, a prize has been created to recognise the most innovative and promising SMEs in the Euroregion. The 1st Euroregional BioHealth Award will open in September 2023 with 2 categories, Biopharma and Medtech and 3000€ for the winners of each category. The finalists will be presented during the event and the winners will be decided at the end.
During the event there will be a Brockerage Event which will facilitate B2B Meetings aimed at organisations doing business in the three territories but also open to participants from other regions. The on-site B2B Meetings will take place on 17 October 2023 from 12:00 to 16:00. Posters of Euroregional and European projects will also be presented in this space and initiatives offering services to SMEs such as the Digital Innovation Hubs of the three regions and Cascade funding opportunities will be present.

Agenda
The event will feature keynote speeches on trends in the sector, “Revers Pitch” by expert investors in healthcare, networking and B2B meetings and “flash” presentations by the finalists of the 1st Euroregional BioHealth Award. We will also be able to learn about successful cases of cross-border collaborations in the Euroregion.
This event will be organised by the Navarra Health Cluster NHC, the Basque Health Cluster BHC, Alliance Innovation Santé Nouvelle-Aquitaine ALLIS-NA, Enterprise Europe Network EEN – University of Navarra and CEIN. 8RNAEN will count with the collaboration of BIHARTEAN, POLEPHARMA GIPSO, EUSKAMPUS, CLUSTERS SALUD ESPAÑA together with the key sponsorship of SODENA, the agency for the economic development of Navarra, Government of Navarra and the Euroregion Nouvelle Aquitaine, Euskadi, Navarra.
